Update to the paper books

I'm shocked (really!) but the printer (Books International in Dulles, VA) was highly professional, took full responsibility, and will be replacing them at their own expense. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you did get one of the defective copies, please hold it till you get the new one, then recycle the old bad one. (Don't pass your on or donate it. We don't want defecive copies getting out into the public as it will cause issues for years to come with people trying to return them for replacements.)

Bad news for the paper editions

Unfortunately, it seems the printer didn't update the files and sent out paper copies with PROOF superimposed on the interior text. I have stopped shipments until we can assess the damage and get it fixed -- hopefully, at their expense. (It's clearly their fault.)

My apologies for the issue/additional delays. But we'll get it done right.

On the plus side, the electronic rewards, including the ebooks, are done so you should receive them very shortly from Evelyn.
